As a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist, I am committed to helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. My approach combines evidence-based techniques, hands-on therapy, and patient education to facilitate recovery, promote long-term wellness, and prevent future injuries.
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western University of Health Sciences. My goal is to not only treat my patients but to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their recovery.
When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, training my dog, going to the beach, or simply just hanging out with family and friends which helps me maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle—something I encourage all of my patients to do as well.
I look forward to collaborating with you to create a path to better health and well-being.
